Questions about applying promo codes
Promo code not applied
A promo code may not be applied for several reasons.
The promo code is not valid.
You are using a promo code that is not available to you.
The promo code was copied incorrectly. Please check that the promo code is correct and does not contain any extra spaces or characters.
If not, try entering the promo code manually.
Promo code not valid
Not all promo codes can be used indefinitely. If you see that a promo code is not valid, it means that it has already expired.
How to get a promo code?
We have various promo codes that provide a discount. You can see them by watching our webinars on youtube, taking mini training from Aires, and following our news on the platform and social media.
Can I use a promo code to pay for several months?
Yes, the promo code applies to the number of months/years you select in the basket.
Subscription questions
Tariff not activated after payment
Your tariff has not been activated after payment (it does not show ‘Active’ in the Active Subscriptions tab) if your invoice is not paid in full. To check, go to your personal cabinet, to "Subscriptions - Payment History" tab and look at the status of your invoice.
A valid unpaid invoice is displayed when there is an underpayment, which means that one of the commissions has not been taken into account. You can make an additional payment by clicking on the check and going to the invoice. Commission is not deducted.
If the status of the invoice is ‘Paid’ but the tariff is still not active, please contact our support chat, describe your problem and send the invoice for verification.
How long after payment will the tariff activation take place?
Usually the tariff is activated within 10-15 minutes. If more time has passed and the tariff is not activated, please write to the support chat, describe the problem and send a link to the invoice to resolve the issue.
Upgrade tariff
In order to upgrade your tariff you just need to go to your personal cabinet, go to the Subscriptions tab and click on the ‘Upgrade’ button. Thus, you will only have to pay the difference between the active tariff and the desired tariff.
Both monthly and annual subscriptions can be upgraded.
Access to the tools is restricted, although the tariff has been paid
All tools work according to the tariffs. Make sure that you have selected timeframes, charts, grids and other settings according to your tariff. In case you have selected everything according to the tariff - make a screenshot and send it to the support chat with the indication of your tariff.
After purchasing a new tariff, the old one still works
Since you paid for the previous tariff earlier, it will be valid until it expires, after which the new tariff will be activated.
If you have a desire, we can switch tariffs. To do this, you just need to write to the support chat.
Can I buy a subscription for several months?
Yes, you can. To do this you just need to change the number of months in the basket before you make the payment.
The tariff payment was incomplete, but the invoice has already been cancelled
Please send the payment invoice to the support chat for verification.
Why does the renewal message not disappear after payment?
If you have already paid for your tariff, you can ignore it. We will soon remove the sign so that you are not confused.
Trial Period Questions
Tools do not work during the trial period.
If you had access to the tools as part of a homework assignment or trial period, you may have used up all your requests or your trial period has expired if you activated it earlier (you can check this information in your account).
The trial period does not work after I have passed the training.
The trial period is not automatically enabled. If you have completed all the homework on the tools, you can now enable the trial period (trial) in the ‘Account’ section, under the ‘Subscriptions’ tab.
How do I activate the trial/demo version on the platform?
Only you can activate the trial period. You can do it in your personal cabinet in the ‘Subscriptions’ tab or on the ‘Tariffs’ page by selecting ‘try for free’.
Can the trial period be used more than once?
The trial period is available only once.
What do I get in the trial period?
In the trial period you get full access to the platform according to the Billionaire tariff (maximum available) for 7 days. There is a delay of 10 bars in the trial.
This means that the last 10 bars are not visible on your chosen timeframe.
For example:
On a timeframe of 30 minutes, the delay is 5 hours (10 × 30 minutes).
On a 1 hour timeframe, the delay is 10 hours (10 × 1 hour).
The delay is also present in the Market Delta, FTT and Speed Print tools
Data will be provided in real time (i.e. without any delay) after the purchase of the tariff.
I used the trial period of the starter/millionaire tariff and paid the tariff and the functionality does not match what I used. Why?
When you signed up for the trial period, you were shown a window informing you that you have access to the Billionaire tariff for a period of 7 days. You can see the functionality available in your tariff on the tariff page.
Study-related questions
The middle level of training does not open
We are currently working on updating the middle level of training and soon it will be available in Ukrainian and English languages. At the moment you just need to change the platform language and the middle level will be available for passing.
When will there be a third level of training?
We are still working on the implementation of the next level. As soon as there is release information - we will be sure to notify all resources.
When will the actual lessons on instruments (Hippo, Dashboard, etc.) be up to date?
We are still working on updating the intermediate level lessons. There is not yet an exact deadline for when it will be ready.
How do you work with Hippo since the tool looks different from the training?
Yes indeed, the tool has been significantly updated and is already different from what is presented in the training. We are still working on updating the lessons. You can find out more about the tool in the Help, which can be found both on the table

How to switch on the ruler on charts in training, because there is no ruler icon there?
In order to use the ruler - press Shift and click with the mouse on the chart in the desired place.
Lessons are not active even though I have completed them
Lesson progress does not disappear in this situation. Please refresh the page, the progressed lessons should be displayed.
After taking the test, the lessons zeroed out. Why?
After passing the test, the system makes inactive the lessons on which topics you had errors in the test, so that you could focus on them.

Where can I find the Market Stat tool?
For your convenience, we have created a Dashboard, which contains all the necessary charts for convenient and quick evaluation of market data. You can find the charts of the Market Stat tool in the Dashboard:

Why is it right to analyse spot and not derivatives?
Because the price of a coin is formed on the spot. There is no proven, objective reason to look among the noise of futures transactions for reasons to move the spot market. The futures market does not move the price of spot assets. It always follows the price of spot assets.
Why doesn't the chart in Dashboard open? It displays a message that you need to increase the tariff.
If you see such information, it means that the selected chart or timeframe is not available in your tariff. Regardless of the tariff, all timeframes in Dashboard are available only for the price chart. All other charts are according to your subscription. Make sure that you have selected charts and timeframes according to your tariff plan.
If both timeframes and charts are available in your tariff, but the data is not displayed, please write to the support chat with your tariff and a screenshot confirming the situation.

If you think you have found a bug (i.e. the tool does not work as it should), please do all of the steps listed above before contacting support. These steps will reduce the time it takes to resolve your issue

Clear your cache and cookie. You can do this through the browser or by pressing Ctrl+F5
Check the tool in incognito mode (it is available in any browser).

Make sure that your internet provider is working properly (check using Wi-Fi and mobile internet).
If something goes wrong, click the Reset button to reset the tool to its original state and try again.
If the above options did not help, in this case, write in detail the sequence of actions you take when a certain problem appears, also attach screenshots that show the problem, and if a screenshot may not be enough, make a screen recording. This way, when we see your actions, we will be able to reproduce the error and, accordingly, solve the problem.
