Instructions

You will be redirected to the payment page, where you enter all the details in the appropriate fields and then click “Pay and subscribe”

Once the payment has been made, you will receive an email with the invoice.

If the payment was not interrupted for any reason, you can continue with your purchase by opening the current invoice. It is located in your Personal Account -> My Subscriptions -> Pending Purchases.

Click on Open invoice. A new tab will open with a page to continue the payment.

Automatic payment

When paying by card, you are signing up for a monthly/annual subscription. This means that at the end of the paid period, the fee for the same subscription period will be automatically charged to the card you used to pay.

For canceling auto payment you just need to go to My Account -> My Subscriptions -> Subscriptions (automatic payment), and then click on the Cancel button.

After canceling auto-payment, the tariff you paid for will continue to be valid for the purchased period.

Pause

The active tariff plan provides the option to pause your subscription.

This feature can be useful if you need to temporarily suspend your use of the platform, for example, while traveling or for other personal reasons.

Please note that the pause feature has limitations on the number of activations:

  • when purchasing a 1-month plan, 1 pause activation is available;

  • when purchasing a 12-month plan, up to 12 pause activations are available.

The number of available pauses depends on the selected plan and is updated when it is renewed.
