Plans

  1. Go to the "Plans" tab.

  2. Choose the desired subscription period.

  3. Click "Buy" or "Renew" (if the subscription has already been purchased previously).

  4. Navigate to the Cart (top-right corner).

Cart

  1. Promo code

    1. Enter a promo code if you have one.

    2. Or check the box below: "I don’t have a promo code."

  2. Click the "Pay" button.

Payment Instructions

  1. Underpayment:
When paying, consider exchange, network, and wallet fees. If you underpay, you can send the remaining amount to the same address.

  2. Invoice Recreation:
If you create an invoice and pay it, you must wait for the subscription activation before creating a new invoice.

  3. Incorrect Network (Blockchain):
For example, USDT sent via the TRC20 network will only be credited to a USDT wallet on the TRC20 network.

If the subscription is not activated within 10 minutes:

  • Verify that the transaction is confirmed by the exchange.

  • Check the invoice status; there might be an underpayment.

  • If everything is correct, contact support via the chat on the website or email [email protected].

Check the box confirming that you’ve read the instructions.

Open the invoice in a new tab.

Invoice

  • Refer to the invoice page.

On the invoice page:

  1. Select:

    • The coin you wish to pay with.

    • The network (blockchain).

  2. Check the amount to be paid:

    • The payment amount is shown at the top.

    • The total payment amount, including network fees, is shown at the bottom (use the bottom amount).

  3. Click "Pay".

After Clicking "Pay"

A menu will appear displaying:

  • The current payment amount (including network fees).

  • Invoice Link – a link to the current invoice.

  • QR Code with the wallet address.

  • Text Wallet Address – a copyable wallet address.

Next to each value field, there is a copy button to avoid errors when entering values.

There are two prices on the invoice. Which one should I pay?

Yes, there are indeed two prices on the invoice. One of them is the price of the tariff, and the second is the price of the tariff including the network commission. Accordingly, you should pay the second one.

Also, when you pay from your wallet, do not forget that the exchange also charges a commission when transferring funds, which is not included in the invoice, as it depends individually on the exchange.

I cannot change the network in the invoice

Since the system does not allow you to change the data in the finished invoice, in this case you can create an invoice with any other tariff, and then recreate a new invoice with the desired tariff, as well as with the correct network and currency.

You can change the input data before clicking on the ‘Pay’ button.

After entering a link, the exchange displays a message that there is no such wallet

This error is displayed on the exchange if you have entered an incorrect link for payment. Please make sure that the entered link in the invoice is signed as ‘Address for payment’.

The link is displayed after the invoice is created, i.e. after you click on the ‘Pay’ button.

Exchange Transfer

Paying for a subscription is similar to making a standard transaction from one wallet to another.

Below is an example using Binance, but the process is similar across exchanges.

  1. Go to your wallet and select "Withdraw"

  2. Choose the coin.

  3. Paste the address from the invoice.

  4. Select the network (blockchain). The network must match the one specified in the invoice.

  5. Enter the amount:

    • From the invoice (e.g., 70.44).

    • Add the exchange fee (e.g., 1 USDT in this example).

  6. Click "Withdraw"

Invoice Statuses

An invoice can have four statuses:

Unpaid

This status is assigned immediately after the invoice is created.

You must complete the payment within 24 hours; otherwise, the invoice will be marked as "Expired."

If the transaction is made but the invoice status hasn’t changed, the transaction might still be pending blockchain confirmation.

Paid (Success)

Payment was successful, and the plan is activated.

The subscription will typically be activated on the platform within a few minutes.

Expired

The invoice is invalid. This status is assigned:

  • If 24 hours have passed.

  • If the invoice was not paid and a new invoice was created.

Partially Paid:

This status is assigned when the payment received is less than the full amount indicated in the invoice.

For example, if network or exchange fees weren’t accounted for.

To fix the issue, send the remaining amount to the same address. The amount needed will be shown in the "Leftover Amount" field.

Receipt

Payment details can be viewed in your personal account under "My Subscriptions" in the "Payment History" section.
