The personal account menu consists of 6 sections:

  • Profile

  • Subscriptions

Profile

A page with personal information and the user’s contact details for the platform.

Includes:

  • Profile data

  • Language settings for email newsletters

  • Button to subscribe to newsletters

My Subscriptions

A page displaying access to platform tools and financial account information.

The subscription table has two tabs:

  • Active subscriptions

  • Payment history

Active Subscriptions

This section contains a queue of active and upcoming paid subscriptions on the platform.

Table includes:

  • Tool (or tariff) name

  • Subscription start date

  • Subscription end date

Homework

This table displays progress counters for homework from the Resonance University. As you proceed with your studies at the university, you will gain step-by-step access to various tools, allowing you to understand how they work and what they show.

Table includes:

  • Tool name

  • Remaining requests (counter)

Trial Period

A button to activate the trial period, which provides access to all platform features.

Limitations: for all search tools, a limitation of 10 bars applies.

Formula: Delay = 10 bars × timeframe

Example: if you select a 5-minute (5m) timeframe, you will see data with a delay of 50 minutes. If the timeframe is 1 hour (1h), the delay will be 10 hours.

The trial period is available only once, for a duration of 7 days.

Payment History

The "Payment History" tab contains information about all created invoices (paid and canceled).

Table includes:

  • Purchase date

  • Subscription name

  • Period

  • Subscription cost

  • Promo code applied at the time of creation

  • Invoice status (paid or canceled)

  • Receipt (link to the invoice)

Notifications

This section gathers all useful notifications about the platform.

For convenience, notifications are divided into three groups (besides the general category):

  • System messages

  • News

  • Updates

System Messages

Currently, this section is almost empty. We are working on implementing reminders about important features tailored specifically for you, as we plan to add many useful updates to the platform.

News

Here, you will find information about new blog articles, reviews of our tools with links to explore them, and details about the monthly contest where you can win a subscription for your ideas and observations.

Updates

This relates to platform updates: new tools and features, as well as bug fixes to enhance your user experience.

Referral Program

Any platform user can get a unique referral link to share with friends, acquaintances, or colleagues. When someone registers using the link and makes a purchase, the user who shared the link receives a reward.

The window contains three blocks:

  • Bonuses — the total amount of your commission earnings.

  • Invite a referral — a block for creating a referral link.

  • Links table

"Invite a Referral" Block

Types of links:

  • Automatic

  • Personalized

Links are available in multiple languages.

In personalized links, the use of branded keywords is prohibited, including but not limited to Resonance, Resonance Holding, RTT, Резонанс, РТТ.

Links Table

Includes:

  • Company name

  • Link to the company

  • Number of registrations via the link

  • Number of payments

  • Details — a chart with statistics

Password Reset

If you registered using an email address (not via a Google account), follow these steps:

  1. Log out of your account.

  2. Either:

  3. Enter the email address you registered with.

  4. Check your inbox.

  5. Follow the link from the email.

  6. Enter a new password (twice).

  7. Log in to your personal account with the new password.
